-1 hour | 1 location | 25 artistically edited digital images delivered via online gallery where you can download your digital keepsakes | Up to 6 people during a session.  $25 fee per additional person | Print Release (Portrait sessions include: seniors, maternity, headshots, pets, and engagements)

• LIFESTYLE NEWBORN & FRESH 48- $475 +tax

-1-1.5 hours | 1 location (hospital room, outdoors, or in client's home) |25 artistically edited digital images delivered via online gallery where you can download your digital keepsakes .| up to 6 people during a session.  $25 fee per additional person | Print Release

***Now when you schedule a Newborn session, you have the option of scheduling a Maternity or Fresh 48 session at a discounted rate. Contact me for more details***

*** I will be on call 2 weeks prior to your due date.  Your session will take place at the place of delivery (hospital, home, or birthing center) They are scheduled within the first 48 hours after delivery during daylight hours.  If you have any other questions regarding Fresh 48 sessions, please don't hesitate to contact me.***

  Small intimate weddings start at $3000 +tax

  Elopements starts at $1200 + tax

• BEACH SESSIONS -$575 + tax ( Gulf shores, OBA, & Fort Morgan only. )

• PRINTS & PRODUCTS.

If you would like to order prints through Caitlen Babb Photography or order a flash drive. Please contact me for my a la carte price list.  Prints start at $10.

All prints and products are subject to 9% sales tax

 For any heavy or time consuming photoshop requests, you will be invoiced $75 per hour for the time it takes to fulfill your request with your photo(s)

DETAILS AND CONTRACT:

**Client must agree to any and all of the following terms before booking with Caitlen Babb Photography**

-NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND FEES:

There is a non-refundable deposit of $150 due at booking to reserve your date. If your deposit is not paid within 3 days of invoice being sent, your date cannot be guaranteed.  The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days before your session date.

A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if client needs to reschedule his/her session date. 

A travel fee of $1 per mile round trip will be applied to any sessions located 20 miles outside of 36532.  A hotel fee of $150 will be applied to sessions that require an overnight stay. 

If a client is more than 15 minutes late. Then the session will be cancelled at the discretion of the photographer and client will be invoiced a rescheduling fee. It is advised to show up at least 10 minutes early to your session.

Session fees are subject to change at any time throughout the year at the discretion of the photographer.

All sales are final.

-PHOTO DELIVERY:

Within 2-3 weeks following your session, your images will be available for viewing in a password protected online gallery where you can immediately download your digital keepsakes. PLEASE download immediately to your computer once you receive your online gallery. If you do not download your photos for any reason and need your gallery re-uploaded after the 30 days your gallery is online, their will be a $25 fee invoiced to you before delivery of your new gallery.

 If you order a flash drive, I will either mail or hand deliver your flash drive.   I strongly encourage using a lab that handles high-resolution labs. I will be more than happy to offer suggestions on photo labs to use for your digital keepsakes.

Caitlen Babb Photography is not responsible for photos after 12 months. All images will be removed from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Caitlen Babb Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. Galleries will expire 1 month after session date. It is the clients responsibility to download and backup their images prior to expiration date.

Caitlen Babb Photography DOES NOT distribute original or raw images.

-COPYRIGHT

Caitlen Babb Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be included with digital files to print. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Caitlen Babb Photography. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
